The main sweet ingredient of Stevia is Steviol Glycosides is Stevioside, Rebaudioside A (Reb-A) and Rebaudioside C (Reb-C). These ingredients make Stevia extremely sweet, about 200 to 400 times that of sucrose, but the calories are extremely low and almost negligible.
